The problem had not been resolved by a previous company located in Blandford , who made 2 visits several weeks apart, with 2 engineers on the second occasion. Poole Utiilities sent in one engineer, who reviewed the entire system, verified there was a leak, and proceeded to narrow down the possibilities to one loop of pipework under a suspended floor. All performed in one day in a thoroughly professional manner.

The plumber Darryl who arrived for my appointment was a god send, this gentleman went above and beyond to help me in a moment when my world was crashing in. I called Sherborne Utilities at 10pm boxing evening and spoke to a very helpful member of staff about the issues I had with my blocked drain in my front garden. I asked for someone to take a look and at 8am on the dot as promised an engineer was at my door and sorted the issue for me quickly and efficiently.
